This piece traveled with me

As time passed and my environment changed,
I eventually returned to it—
adding new layers, completing it in a different chapter of life.
The vivid presence of the triggerfish,
its boldness and energy,
reflect the spirit of stepping into something new.
Within this work,
two different moments in time coexist.
The past and the present,
layered into a single piece.
